Ramo D’Aria, which literally translates as ‘a branch of air’, is a former winery nestled amongst citrus groves and is now a stylish and contemporary boutique hotel with just 11 rooms and suites.
The rooms are simply furnished, yet sleek and modern, with crisp white linen and beautiful terracotta floors, and enjoy views over the lush garden and towards Mount Etna or out to sea.
There is a plentiful buffet breakfast to be enjoyed on the terrace, and lunch and evening meals can also enjoyed here, there is also a superb restaurant at Ramo D’Aria’s sister hotel, Zash, which is just a few moments away by car.
If you are not out and about exploring, a lazy day by the stunning swimming pool is a must, with majestic Mount Etna as your backdrop, the views are simply astounding.

Restaurant and Bar
Ramo D’Aria’s restaurant offers typical Sicilian meals with a contemporary twist, meals can be enjoyed both inside in cooler months or in summer, out on the terrace with a magnificent view of Mount Etna. There is an extensive wine list of mainly local but some international wines. A buffet breakfast is also included.
There is a beautiful pool at the hotel spectacular views of Mount Etna. Pool towels are provided for guests.
Ramo D’Aria offers bike hire for guests to explore the local area.
Ramo D’Aria’s sister hotel, Zash has Spa facilities and an excellent restaurant which guests are welcome to use.
