Like its sister hotel in Bordubet, the Golden Key Hisaronu is a unique property with the added luxury of having its own sand and shingle beach that gently shelves into the turquoise waters making it ideal for a family holiday during the summer months. Beautifully located in the tiny hamlet of Hisaronu, this is an area of outstanding natural beauty and is quite rightly designated a protected conservation area.
This boutique hotel is set in huge grounds that is a home to palm, pine, olive, fig trees and lawns that stretch down to the beach. With just 32 rooms, this charming beachfront hotel has recently upgraded all its rooms, which are now exceptional in standard and design and we have chosen only the best of these deluxe suites where lovely sea views are the norm. The interiors have benefited from the owner, Sebnem’s gifted touch and each room is decorated in a contemporary style with tasteful, neutral colours. King size beds in large bedrooms, light and airy modern bathrooms with rainforest showers have a wow factor that will impress.
A large freshwater pool with separate children’s pool is tucked away in the grounds if you want a change from the beach. Mountain bikes are available for hire so that you can explore the truly delightful countryside that borders this lovely boutique hotel.
Lunch can be taken in the relaxed and informal beachside restaurant which serves organic produce grown from its own gardens and take our word for it, the cuisine is superb. However, there are also a number of lovely restaurants nearby to sample if you wish to explore the beautiful surrounding area.
Please note that this hotel’s season finishes in September.
Golden Key Hisaronu has a beautiful swimming pool with a separate children’s section, plus the private shingle and sand beach, which gently shelves in to the sea.
Canoes can be hired as well as bicycles and there is also a horse-riding school nearby, this region of Turkey is also well worth exploring on board a traditional Turkish gulet.
There is a delicious and plentiful buffet breakfast served each morning with fresh local produce, plus a varied menu of Turkish and international dishes served in the evenings. There is also a Pool bar and Snack bar for lighter bites throughout the day.
