The Ca’ Pisani is a splendid boutique hotel position in the quiet Dorsoduro district of Venice, yet only 10 minutes away from St. Marks Square and just around the corner from one of Venice’s most famous sights, the Accademia Gallery.
After a careful renovation, Ca’ Pisani opened its doors in 2000, as Venice’s first design hotel. Hidden behind its typical 14th Century Venetian facade you will find a stark contrast once you step inside this elegant boutique hotel, it is now a sleek, contemporary hotel with an Art Deco influence, the attention to detail here is truly second to none.
Each of the 29 rooms and suites are individually designed and all kitted out with the latest mod-cons, such as the fibre-optic lights, televisions concealed behind the mirror, state of the art bathrooms and of course complimentary wifi access throughout the hotel.
Ca’ Pisani is home to the well-known ‘La Rivista’ wine and cheese bar, although it does have a fabulous selection of local cheese, cold cuts and wine, it also has a wide menu of more substantial local dishes, and is a wonderful spot to dine in a informal atmosphere either indoors our outside watching the world go by.
Ca’ Pisani is great choice at any time of year, there is a solarium terrace to soak up the rays in the summer months, or throughout the winter, why not chill out in the hotel’s Turkish bath after a tiring day exploring the city.
Ca’ Pisani has a charming wine and cheese bar, La Rivista on the ground floor with both indoor and outdoor seating. There is a roof terrace with sunbeds to relax on after a long day exploring, plus there is a steam bath in room massages and treatments can also be arranged on requested.
There are 2 rooms which have disabled access on the 1st floor which are accessed by a lift.
Complimentary wifi access throughout the hotel.
