It’s only our second full year of operating and already we are seeing some lovely feedback and incredible loyalty from our guests. Our average repeat guest percentage is currently running at 62% (that’s 62% of all guests that travelled in 2012 with us have returned in 2013!). So a massive thank you from all of us at the Discerning Collection. This figure is actually higher than we had at Tapestry and although we are much smaller than our originally company (Tapestry) we are determined to get to the heady heights that we achieved with them.
We are also proud to announce that at the prestigious British Travel Awards we were given a ‘Highly Commended for Excellence in Customer Service’ award , which is unprecedented for a travel company in only its second year….so a big thank you to all our staff both here and overseas and also all our overseas hotels and villa owners.
We will never rest on our laurels and will do our utmost to keep our service levels as high as possible and also to hold our hands up if we make mistakes and do all we can to eliminate them.
